The EIA has submitted the Office of Radioactive Waste Management's NWPA-830R Surveys package to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed three-year extension of the Oil and Gas Reserves System Survey Forms: Form EIA-23L Annual Survey of Domestic Oil and Gas Reserves, Field Level Report; Form EIA-23S Annual Survey of Domestic Oil and Gas Reserves, Summary Level Report; and EIA-64A Annual Report of the Origin of Natural Gas Liquids Production.

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed three-year extension to the petroleum marketing survey forms listed below:

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed revisions and a three-year extension to the Forms: EIA-851A, ``Domestic Uranium Production Report (Annual),'' EIA-851Q, ``Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly),'' and EIA-858, ``Uranium Marketing Annual Survey.''

The EIA is requesting comments on the process and technologies used for disseminating weekly information regarding petroleum and natural gas stocks in the Weekly Petroleum Status Report (WPSR) and the Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report (WNGSR). EIA has attempted to develop its current dissemination processes and information technologies to meet its goal of providing fair access to any interested user, but has recently faced significant challenges in this area that may require changes in the process and/or technologies used for disseminating weekly data. This request is based on EIA's mandate for carrying out a central, comprehensive and unified energy data and information program responsive to users' needs for credible, reliable and timely energy information that will improve and broaden understanding of petroleum and natural gas supply in the United States.

The EIA has submitted the Petroleum Supply Reporting System package to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq).

The EIA has submitted the energy information collection, ``Generic Clearance of Questionnaire Testing, Evaluating, and Research,'' Form EIA-882T, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).

The EIA has submitted the ``Natural Gas Processing Plant Survey,'' Form EIA-757 to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year approval under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., at 3507(h)(1)).

The EIA published a notice in the issue of Friday, September 28, 2007, (72 FR 55193) regarding the submission of the Electric Power Program to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension. The form EIA-826 was omitted from this notice. In FR Doc. E7-19256, beginning on page 55193, make the following correction: In the third column, SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION, the second paragraph is corrected to read: ``1. Forms EIA-411, 826, 860, 860M, 861 and 923, ``Electric Power Program.''
