This notice announces actions taken by FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of title 23 of the United States Code. The actions relate to the replacement of the temporary Wainiha Bridges along K[umacr]hi[omacr] Highway (State Route 560) at approximate Mileposts 6.4 and 6.7, which is located in the Halele`a District on the island of Kaua`i, State of Hawai`i. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that the 2004 Notice of Intent (NOI) published in the Federal Register for Federal-aid project HPP-1602(539), the I-759 Extension, in Etowah County, Alabama is being rescinded. An environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be prepared for this project.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that the 2002 Notice of Intent (NOI) published in the Federal Register for Federal-aid project HPP-1602(507), the Dothan to I-10 corridor, in multiple counties in Alabama is being rescinded. A final environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be prepared for this project.

The Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program allows a State to assume FHWA's environmental responsibilities for review, consultation, and compliance for Federal highway projects. When a State assumes these Federal responsibilities, the State becomes solely responsible and liable for the responsibilities it has assumed, in lieu of FHWA. This program mandates annual audits during each of the first 4 years to ensure the State's compliance with program requirements. This is the first audit of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) performance of its responsibilities under the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program (National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assignment program). This notice finalizes the findings of the first audit report for the FDOT's participation in accordance to FAST Act requirements.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA that are final. The actions relate to a proposed highway project, I-25 South Gap: Monument to Castle Rock in El Paso and Douglas Counties, Colorado, FHWA Project Number NHPP 0252-450, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Number 21102.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that we are rescinding the September 26, 2013, NOI to prepare an EIS for a proposed project, the I-90 Tolling Project, to manage congestion and traffic flow on I-90 between I-5 and I-405, and contribute revenue to the sustainable, long-term funding for timely completion of the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Program and maintenance and future transportation improvements on I-90.

The FHWA is allowing additional time for the public to submit scoping comments on an environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed transportation improvement project in Lake, Cook and McHenry Counties in Illinois. The project is referred to as the Tri-County Access Project. The end of the scoping comment period is extended from August 24, 2018 to October 1, 2018.

This notice announces actions taken by TxDOT and Federal agencies that are final. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for these projects are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to statute and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT. The actions relate to various proposed highway projects in the State of Texas. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the projects.

The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans that are final. The actions relate to a proposed highway project, the State Route 84 (SR 84) Expressway Widening and SR 84/Interchange 680 (I-680) Interchange Improvements Project from post miles 17.9 to 22.9 on SR 84 and from post miles 10.3 to 15.3 on I-680 in the County of Alameda, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
