In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, this notice announces that FHWA will submit the collection of information described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on January 23, 2018. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA that are final. The action relates to the issuance of a Record of Decision for the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) Addition in the City of Seattle, King County, State of Washington.

The Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program allows a State to assume FHWA's environmental responsibilities for review, consultation, and compliance for Federal highway projects. When a State assumes these Federal responsibilities, the State becomes solely responsible and liable for carrying out the responsibilities it has assumed, in lieu of FHWA. This program mandates annual audits during each of the first 4 years of State participation to ensure compliance with program requirements. This is the first audit of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) performance of its responsibilities under the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program (National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assignment program). This notice announces and solicits comments on the first audit report for the FDOT's participation in accordance to FAST Act requirements.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final. The actions relate to various proposed highway projects in the State of Colorado. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the projects.

This notice provides information regarding FHWA's issuance of a Buy America waiver for the obligation of Federal-aid funds for 151 State projects involving the acquisition of vehicles and equipment on the condition that they be assembled in the U.S.

The FHWA is proposing to approve the addition of Sheridan Boulevard (NY 895) to the National Network (NN) and to revise its regulations to reflect the addition. The facility currently known as ``Interstate-895 Sheridan Expressway'' in New York City, located in Bronx County, will be reconstructed, removed from the National System of Interstate and Defense Highways (Interstate System) to accommodate new design features, and classified as an ``Urban Principal Arterial Other.'' This facility will be identified as the ``Sheridan Boulevard (NY 895).''

The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans. The actions relate to a proposed highway project, State Route 132 West Freeway/Expressway Project from post miles 11.0 to 15.0 and 15.7 to 17.5 in the County of Stanislaus in the City of Modesto, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
