Meeting of the Board of Visitors of Marine Corps University
The Board of Visitors of the Marine Corps University (BOV MCU) will meet to review, develop and provide recommendations on all aspects of the academic and administrative policies of the University; examine all aspects of professional military education operations; and provide such oversight and advice, as is necessary, to facilitate high educational standards and cost effective operations. The Board will be focusing primarily on the internal procedures of Marine Corps University. All sessions of the meeting will be open to the public.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records; Correction
On September 5, 2018, the Department of Defense published a system of records notice that proposed to modify Family and Unaccompanied Housing Program, NM11101-1. Subsequent to the publication of the notice, DoD discovered that the system number had published incorrectly. This notice corrects that error.
Proposed Collection; Comment Request
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Office of Civilian Human Resources announces a proposed public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

On August 28, 2018, the Department of Defense published a system of records notice that proposed to modify Data Warehouse Business Intelligence System (DWBIS), N05220-1. Subsequent to the publication of the notice, DoD discovered that the docket ID had published incorrectly. This notice corrects that error.
Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive Patent License; Duchak Ventures, LLC
The Department of the Navy published a document in the Federal Register on August 23, 2018, announcing an intent to grant to Duchak Ventures, LLC, a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license. The scope of the intent to license has been revised.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Office of the Department of the Navy proposes to modify a system of records, Family and Unaccompanied Housing Program, NM1110-01. This system is used for Department of Defense (DoD) housing program management and therefore used to determine the eligibility of civilian and contract personnel to utilize government owned, leased and privatized housing for current and retired military and to provide housing services at military installations and enterprise reporting and performance metrics. The system also provides a public website for property owners and managers to advertise referral properties to Service members. This system is required to ensure timely and efficient DoD housing operations, products and services.
