Minor Boundary Revision at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to 16 U.S.C. 460l- 9(c)(1), the boundary of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore in the State of Indiana is modified to include an additional nineteen tracts totaling 48.75 acres of land. These tracts are adjacent to the boundary of the national lakeshore and are depicted on a map entitled ``Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Proposed Boundary Adjustment,'' dated October 2009, and numbered 314/80,013. Eight of the tracts are non-Federal, to be acquired by donation. The remaining eleven tracts are Federally owned.

General Management Plan, Final Environmental Impact Statement, Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historic Park, VA
Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C), the National Park Service (NPS) announces the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the General Management Plan (Final GMP/EIS) for Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park, Virginia. When approved, the plan will provide guidance to park management for administration, development, and interpretation of park resources over the next 20 years. The Final GMP/EIS responds to, and incorporates, agency and public comments received on the Draft GMP/EIS, which was available for public and agency review from November 28, 2008 through February 26, 2009. Copies of the Draft EIS/GMP were available at the park office, by request, and on the NPS Planning, Environment, and Public Comment Web site (https://parkplanning.nps.gov/cebegmp). Public meetings were held on January 28 and 29 and February 4, 2009. Agency and public comments with NPS responses are provided as Appendix E and F, respectively of the Final GMP/EIS.

National Park Service Alaska Region's Subsistence Resource Commission (SRC) Program
The Denali National Park SRC will meet to develop and continue work on National Park Service (NPS) subsistence hunting program recommendations and other related subsistence management issues. The NPS SRC program is authorized under Title VIII, Section 808 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act, Public Law 96-487, to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Public Availability of Comments: This meeting is open to the public and will have time allocated for public testimony. The public is welcome to present written or oral comments to the SRC. This meeting will be recorded and meeting minutes will be available upon request from the park superintendent for public inspection approximately six weeks after each meeting. Before including your address, telephone number, e-mail address, or other personal identifying information in your comment, you should be aware that your entire comment-including your personal identifying informationmay be made publicly available at any time. While you can ask us in your comment to withhold your personal identifying information from public review, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Denali National Park SRC Meeting Date and Location: The Denali National Park SRC will meet at the Cantwell Community Center (Phone: 907-768-2591) in Cantwell, Alaska on Saturday, February 26, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The meeting maybe rescheduled to occur on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at the same time and location should a quorum not be available on Saturday, February 26, 2011. If the meeting date and location are changed, a notice will be published in local newspapers and announced on local radio stations prior to the meeting date. SRC meeting location and dates may need to be changed based on lack of quorum, inclement weather or local circumstances. We (National Park Service) will ask the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the information collection (IC) described below. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and as part of our continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, we invite the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this IC. We may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
Special Flight Rules Area in the Vicinity of Grand Canyon National Park, Draft Environmental Impact Statement, Grand Canyon National Park, AZ
Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C), the National Park Service announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Special Flight Rules Area in the Vicinity of Grand Canyon National Park for Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. The four alternatives in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) that are being considered include: Alternative A Current Condition: Key elements are corridors open year round, annual allocation cap of 93,971, and no quiet technology incentive. Current tours for helicopters and fixed wing remain the same. Alternative E Alternating Seasonal Use: Key elements are corridors alternating on a seasonal basis, daily allocation cap of 364 for air tour and air tour related, and conversion to quiet technology aircraft. Alternative F Modified Current Condition: Key elements are similar to current condition except for one way east bound tour for quiet technology, elimination of Nankoweap loop, incentives for quiet technology aircraft, and seasonal shift for Dragon corridor. NPS Preferred Alternative: Key elements are short-loop corridors alternate on a seasonal basis, four-year phase in of long-loop for quiet technology aircraft, annual allocation cap of 65,000 air tour and related operations and a daily cap of 364 for commercial air tours, increased altitudes for some areas and flight free zones, and conversion of quiet technology within ten years.

Meeting of the National Park System Advisory Board
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. Appendix, and Parts 62 and 65 of title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that the National Park System Advisory Board will meet April 12-13, 2011, in San Francisco, California. The agenda will include the review of proposed actions regarding the National Historic Landmarks Program and the National Natural Landmarks Program. Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments and recommendations that will be presented to the Board. Interested parties also may attend the Board meeting and upon request may address the Board concerning an area's national significance.
Record of Decision for the General Management Plan for the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, KY, TN, and VA
Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, the National Park Service (NPS) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the General Management Plan, Cumberland Gap National Historical Park in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. On September 13, 2010, the Regional Director, Southeast Region, approved the ROD for the project.
