Special Regulations; Areas of the National Park System
The National Park Service is proposing this rule to provide for the protection of the Western Snowy Plover (Charadrius alexandrinus nivosus), a species listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. Western Snowy Plovers overwinter within Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) at both Crissy Field and Ocean Beach. This rulemaking will provide temporary protection for two areas until a permanent determination is made through the planning process for the entire park. The park is developing a Dog Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and special regulations for dog management at GGNRA is expected to be completed by winter 2009.
Notice of Meetings of the Pinedale Anticline Working Group
In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (1976) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (1972), the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Anticline Working Group (PAWG) will meet in Pinedale, Wyoming, for business meetings. Group meetings are open to the public.

To comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), we are notifying the public that we have submitted to OMB an information collection request (ICR) to renew approval of the paperwork requirements for ``Consolidated consumers' Report (Form 9-4117-MA).'' This notice also provides the public a second opportunity to comment on the paperwork burden of this form.
