Army Education Advisory Subcommittee Meeting Notice
The Department of the Army is publishing this notice to announce the following Federal advisory committee meeting of the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Board of Visitors, a subcommittee of the Army Education Advisory Committee. This meeting is open to the public.
Law Enforcement Reporting
This rule adopts as final, with minor administrative changes, an interim rule of the Department of the Army to amend its regulation concerning law enforcement reporting for a number of statutory requirements to better coordinate law enforcement work and personnel both within the Department of the Army, across the Department of Defense (DoD), and with other Federal, State, and local law enforcement officials. The Department of the Army is making minor administrative changes based on the name change of a form and reporting system mentioned in the rule. The Centralized Operations Police Suite (COPS) Military Police Reporting System (MPRS) name is changed to Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System (ALERTS). The Department of the Army Form 3975, ``Military Police Report'' name was changed to ``Law Enforcement Report''.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Department of the Army proposes to alter a system of records, A0600-43 DAPE, entitled ``DA Conscientious Objector Review Board''. This system is used to investigate claims of a service member that he/she is a conscientious objector to participation in war or to the bearing of arms and to make final determination resulting in assignment of appropriate status or awarding of discharge.
Proposed Collection; Comment Request
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service announces a proposed public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Department of the Army proposes to alter a system of records, AAFES 0207.02, entitled ``Customer Solicitations, Comments, Inquiries, and Direct Line Records''. This SORN enables the Army and Air Force Exchange Service to carry out its mission to enhance the quality of life for authorized patrons and to support military readiness, recruitment and retention, by providing a world-wide system of Exchanges with merchandise and household goods similar to commercial stores and services.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Department of the Army proposes to alter a system of records notice AAFES 0602.04a, entitled ``Legal Office Management System,'' to review and process charges and claims of unfair labor practices through formal/informal negotiations; to review and process bankruptcy related claims; for managerial and statistical reports; to process other legal complaints against individuals; to initiate litigation as necessary; to investigate other claims and prepare responses; and to defend the Exchange in civil suits filed against it in the Federal Court System.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Department of the Army proposes to alter a system of records, A0040-31b DASG, entitled ``Research and Experimental Case Files''. This is now a closed system; no new records may be added. Records will be used to enable follow up of volunteers who participated in Army medical research projects concerning chemical agents for the purpose of assessing risks/hazards to them, and for retrospective medical/scientific evaluation and future scientific and legal significance.
