Acting in compliance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the Department of State is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2016 Service Contract Inventory. The FY 2016 Service Contract Inventory includes the FY 2016 Planned Analysis, and the FY 2015 Meaningful Analysis. The inventory was developed in accordance with guidance issued by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that two objects to be included in the exhibition ``Fran[ccedil]ois Morellet,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Dia Art Foundation, New York, New York, from on or about October 28, 2017, until on or about June 2, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.
