This notice sets forth proposed procedural guidelines pertaining to the development and maintenance of a list of goods from foreign countries produced by child labor or forced labor in violation of international standards (``the List''), pursuant to the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005. The guidelines provide information as to the submission of information, review, and reporting process used by the U.S. Department of Labor's (``DOL'') Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking (``the Office'') in maintaining and revising the List. DOL invites all interested persons to submit written comments on the proposed guidelines.
