The notice was published in the Federal Register on August 9, 2007 (72 FR 44865). At the request of the petitioners, the Department reviewed the certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers are engaged in the production of a variety of automotive axle components. New information shows that leased workers of Diversco Integrated Services, Inc. and Haas Total Chemical Management, Inc. were employed onsite at the Cape Girardeau, Missouri location of Dana Corporation, TorqueTraction Manufacturing, Inc. The Department has determined that the Diversco Integrated Services, Inc. and Haas Total Chemical Management, Inc. workers were sufficiently under the control of Dana Corporation, TorqueTraction Manufacturing, Inc. to be considered leased workers. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to include leased workers of Diversco Integrated Services, Inc., and Haas Total Chemical Management, Inc. working on-site at the Cape Girardeau, Missouri location of the subject firm. The intent of the Department’s certification is to include all workers employed at Dana Corporation, TorqueTraction Manufacturing, Inc., TorqueTraction Manufacturing, Inc.
