Home Equity Conversion Mortgage loan servicing is provided by the Home Equity Reverse Mortgage Information Technology (HERMIT). Under the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a public notice of its intent to modify the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Finance and Budget, Federal Housing Administration, Office Systems and Technology, Office of Housing Privacy Act system of records, Home Equity Reverse Mortgage Information Technology (HERMIT), this system of records is being revised to make clarifying changes within system of records, system location, system manager, authority for maintenance of the system, purpose of the system, categories of individuals covered by the system, categories of records in the system, records source categories, routine uses of records maintained in the system, retrieval of records, retention and deposal of records, records access, contesting of records, and notification sections.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Line of Credit Controls System (LOCCS), an Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) system, is a disbursement and cash management system that services the funding needs of HUD's grant, loan, and subsidy clients. Under the Privacy Act of 1974, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer proposes to update the system of records titled, Line of Credit Controls System. This system of records allows the Department of Housing and Urban Development OCFO's LOCCS to collect and maintain records on grantees. Because of a review of this system, information has been updated within the System Location section of the SORN and the authorities to collect information for LOCCS has been updated.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Payroll Data Analytics Project was created to analyze payroll disbursement data. For the HUD employees in the collection, the HUD Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) collects the first five letters of the first name and the last 4 digits of Social Security Numbers (SSN) from the Department of Treasury, Administrative Resource Center (ARC). This is collected as part of the payroll data used to identify questionable payroll transactions that may require further review by HUD management. If needed, OCFO will request HUD employees' Standard Form 50 (SF-50) from HUD's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) for potential outliers that require justification. HUD OCHCO sends the SF-50 to HUD OCFO via encrypted email. The SF-50 includes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full name, date of birth, SSN, pay grade, salary, veterans' preference, and all other data included in the SF-50 template.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) is issuing a public notice of its intent to establish a Privacy Act system of records titled ``HR Case Management Solution,'' HUD/OCHCO 01. The purpose of this system of records is to allow HUD to collect and maintain records on individuals requesting or receiving reasonable accommodations and religious/medical exception requests.
Notice of Intent To Establish a Tribal Intergovernmental Advisory Committee; Request for Comments on Committee Structure
This notice announces HUD's intention to form the Department's first standing Tribal advisory committee. The committee will be called the `Tribal Intergovernmental Advisory Committee' (TIAC). This notice also solicits comments and recommendations regarding the establishment and structure of the TIAC. The TIAC will be made up of a diverse group of duly elected Tribal leaders representing small, medium, and large federally recognized Tribes. The TIAC is intended to further communications between HUD and federally recognized Tribes on HUD programs, make recommendations to HUD regarding current program regulations, provide advice in the development of HUD's American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) housing priorities, and encourage peer learning and capacity building among Tribes and non-Tribal entities. Consistent with HUD's Tribal Government-to-Government Consultation Policy, this notice solicits input on the proposed structure of the TIAC.
Streamlining and Implementation of Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act Changes to Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program; Re-Opening Public Comment Period on the Information Collection Requirements
On September 21, 2020, HUD published a proposed rule on streamlining and implementing the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (``the Economic Growth Act''), which would make changes to HUD's Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program. After the publication of that proposed rule, HUD determined that changes to the information collection requirements described in it would be necessary. This supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking therefore re-opens the public comment period on the Streamlining and Implementation of Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act Changes to Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program proposed rule (``the 2020 proposed rule'') for an additional 30 days solely to seek comments on revisions to the Paperwork Reduction Act information collection requirements from the 2020 proposed rule. HUD is not soliciting comment on any other issues related to the 2020 proposed rule.

Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee (MHCC): Notice Inviting Nominations of Individuals To Serve on the Committee
The Department of Housing and Urban Development invites the public to nominate individuals for appointment, with the approval of the Secretary, to the Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee (MHCC), a federal advisory committee established by the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, as amended by the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000. The Department will make appointments from nominations submitted in response to this Notice. Also, individuals that applied earlier this calendar year do not need to re-apply; pursuant to this notice those applications are on file and may be considered for future appointments.
Notice of HUD Vacant Loan Sales (HVLS 2022-1)
This notice announces HUD's intention to competitively offer multiple residential reverse mortgage pools, including six multi-loan pools and one single asset pool, consisting of approximately 1,700 reverse mortgage notes secured by vacant properties with a loan balance of approximately $420 million. The Secretary will prioritize bids on some of these assets to qualified non-profit or unit of state or local government bidders. This notice also generally describes the bidding process for the sale and certain persons who are ineligible to bid. This is the seventh sale offering of its type and the sale will be held on December 1, 2021.
