SUMMARY: In this notice, the Secretary of HUD, pursuant to the Chief 
Financial Officers Act of 1990 (CFO Act), which established the 
position of the Chief Financial Officer within HUD, is delegating 
authority to the Chief Financial Officer and the Deputy Chief Financial 
Officer for certain responsibilities with respect to the financial 
management activities, systems, and operations of the Department.
