The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the waters of Tampa Bay, Florida in the vicinity of the John's Pass Bascule Bridge. This safety zone is being established to protect mariners from the hazards associated with the blasting demolition of the concrete portions of the John's Pass Bascule Bridge. This rule is necessary to provide for the safety of life on the navigable waters of the United States.

Drawbridge Operation Regulations; Duwamish Waterway, Seattle, WA

The Coast Guard is temporarily revising the operating regulations for the First Avenue South dual drawbridges across the Duwamish Waterway, mile 2.5, at Seattle, Washington. The change will enable the bridge owner to keep the bridges closed during night hours for a period longer than 60 days. This will facilitate painting the structure while properly containing debris and paint.

The Coast Guard is establishing special local regulations during the ``Catholic Charities Dragon Boat Races'', a marine event to be held September 9, 2006 on the waters of the Patapsco River, Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD. These special local regulations are necessary to provide for the safety of life on navigable waters during the event. This action is intended to temporarily restrict vessel traffic in a portion of the Baltimore Inner Harbor during the event.

Notification of Conversion of Checks Payable to TSA to Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs)

This Notice informs the public that checks submitted to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will be converted by the Federal Reserve Banking system into electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
