Department of Energy July 2, 2024 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Department of Energy (DOE) invites public comment on a proposed collection of information that DOE is developing for submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection, FERC-921, Ongoing Electronic Delivery of Data from Regional Transmission Organization and Independent System Operators (OMB Control Number 1902-0257), which will be submitted to Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

This notice announces an open virtual meeting of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). The Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requires that public notice of these meetings be announced in the Federal Register.
