Commission Information Collection Activities; Comment Request for Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Commission Service Delivery
As part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on service delivery, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (the Commission or FERC) is coordinating the development of the following proposed Generic Information Collection Request (ICR): FERC-153, ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Commission Service Delivery'' for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).\1\ This notice announces that FERC intends to submit this collection to OMB for approval and solicits comments on specific aspects for the proposed information collection. Following review of public comments received in regard to this 60-day notice, FERC will issue a 30-day notice to solicit additional public comments and will submit a Generic ICR to OMB for review.\2\

In this document, pursuant to sections 205 and 220 of the Federal Power Act (FPA), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) seeks comments on proposed revisions and clarifications of Electric Quarterly Report (EQR) reporting requirements and corresponding updates to the EQR Data Dictionary. In particular, this document proposes to: Require transmission providers to report ancillary services transaction data, to require filers to submit in the EQR certain tariff-related information that they submit in the e-Tariff system, and to require filers to submit time zone information in connection with transmission capacity reassignment transactions. This document also proposes to clarify how filers should report booked out transactions and seeks comments on issues relating to booked out transactions.
