Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules and
Regulations, Yuma Cogeneration
Associates filed a petition for limited
waiver of the efficiency standard in
section 292.205(a)(2) of the
Commission’s regulations for a toppingcycle cogeneration qualifying facility for
calendar year 2015, all as more fully
explained in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
