Proposed Definitions and Requirements-Alaska Native Education Program
The Assistant Secretary for the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education proposes definitions and requirements under the Alaska Native Education (ANE) program, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number 84.356A. These definitions and requirements would clarify the eligibility requirements for the program, based upon changes that the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) made to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA).
