This system of records was originally established by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency to collect and maintain records on adjunct faculty members on assignment with the Defense Institute of International Legal Studies (DIILS). This system of records notice (SORN) name is changing from "Adjunct Faculty Information Database" to "Adjunct Faculty Information Records." In addition to the name change, this system is being updated to incorporate the DoD standard routine uses. The DoD is also modifying various other sections within the SORN to improve clarity or update information that has changed.

This rule is being published as a direct final rule as the Department does not expect to receive any adverse comments. If such comments are received, and are significant, this direct final rule will be withdrawn and a proposed rule for comments will be published.

Members are sought to fill vacancies on a committee to represent various categories of interests within the Missouri River basin. The MRRIC was formed to advise the Corps on a study of the Missouri River and its tributaries and to provide guidance to the Corps with respect to the Missouri River recovery and mitigation activities currently underway. The Corps established the MRRIC as required by the U.S. Congress through the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (WRDA), section 5018.
