The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, (solar cells) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. We are rescinding this review with respect to 65 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on low melt polyester staple fiber (low melt PSF) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) and Taiwan would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD orders.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of gas powered pressure washers (pressure washers) from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of investigation is January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021.
