Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, Partial Rescission, and Preliminary Intent To Rescind, in Part; 2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters of certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 44 companies and notifying parties of our intent to rescind the review with respect to two companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to certain exporters/producers of certain corrosion inhibitors from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) July 13, 2020, through December 31, 2021. Commerce is also rescinding the review with respect to one company.
Certain Folding Gift Boxes From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain folding gift boxes (gift boxes) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the level indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
Certain Tin Mill Products From Japan: Final Results of the Expedited Fourth Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
