Dioctyl Terephthalate From the Republic of Korea: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty order on dioctyl terephthalate from the Republic of Korea (Korea) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.

As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain lined paper products (lined paper) from India and the People's Republic of China (China) and countervailing duty (CVD) order on lined paper from India would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From the Republic of Turkey: Continuation of the Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the CVD order.
