Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were not sold at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. In addition, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review in part with respect to two companies for which the request for review was timely withdrawn. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results of review.
Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Korea: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review in Part; 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded line pipe from the Republic of Korea to correct certain ministerial errors. The period of review (POR) is December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2021.
Certain Steel Nails From Malaysia: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain producers and/or exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. In addition, we preliminarily find that certain companies had no shipments during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
