Glycine From India: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review and Rescission, in Part; 2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of glycine from India during the period of review, January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Multilayered Wood Flooring From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Final Determination of No Shipments, and Final Successor-in-Interest Determination; 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Zhejiang Fuerjia Wooden Co., Ltd. (Fuerjia) has not made sales of multilayered wood flooring (wood flooring) from the People's Republic of China (China) at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2021. In addition, Commerce determines that certain companies had no shipments during the POR or did not establish their eligibility for a separate rate, and that Arte Mundi Group Co., Ltd. (Arte Mundi Group) is the successor-in- interest to Arte Mundi (Shanghai) Aesthetic Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (Arte Mundi Shanghai).
Certain Aluminum Foil From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
