Certain Polyester Staple Fiber From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Third Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain polyester staple fiber (PSF) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel) and certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (CWP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2020, through October 31, 2021. In addition, Commerce determines that NEXTEEL Co., Ltd. (NEXTEEL) did not make sales of subject merchandise in the United States at prices below NV during the POR.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the sole exporter subject to this review, Thai Premium Pipe Co. Ltd. (TPP), made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2021, through February 28, 2022.
