Certain Activated Carbon From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Datong Juqiang Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. (Datong Juqiang) and Jilin Bright Future Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Jilin Bright), exporters of certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China (China), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From India, Thailand, and Republic of Turkey: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Orders
As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (pipe and tube) from India, Thailand, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice. The sunset period of review is 2018-2022.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Korea: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review in Part; 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review, in part, of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea (Korea), covering the period of review (POR) October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021, to correct a ministerial error.
