On March 14, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the Federal Register notice of the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India covering the period August 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021. That notice incorrectly identified the name of one company in the final results of the review rate table.

(Honda), the sole company subject to the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof (large VSE) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period of review (POR) August 19, 2020, through February 28, 2022, is not eligible for a separate rate and, thus, is part of the China-wide entity.
