Fresh Garlic from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Expedited Fifth Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this expedited review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on fresh garlic (garlic) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers or exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. Additionally, we find that one company made no shipments of subject merchandise to the United States during the POR.
