Certain Cold-Drawn Mechanical Tubing of Carbon and Alloy Steel From Italy: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel (cold- drawn mechanical tubing) from Italy was not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021. Additionally, Commerce determines that a company for which we initiated a review had no shipments during the POR.
Certain Corrosion Inhibitors From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review
On November 23, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the notice of initiation and preliminary results of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion inhibitors from the People's Republic of China (China). For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Kanghua Chemical Co., Ltd. (Chuzhou Kanghua) is the successor-in- interest to the Nantong Kanghua Chemical Co., Ltd (Nantong Kanghua).
Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, Rescission and Intent To Rescind, in Part; 2020
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, (solar cells) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. We are rescinding this review with respect to Canadian Solar (USA) Inc. Further, we intend to rescind this review with respect to 60 companies. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Review; 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai) sold tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021. Additionally, we find that Tainai and Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. (Jingli) have each demonstrated that they are eligible for a separate rate.
