Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip (PET Film) From Taiwan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
On November 23, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from Taiwan. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. We continue to find that Nan Ya Plastics Corporation (Nan Ya) did not make sales at less than normal value and that Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation (SMTC) had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR.
Certain Steel Nails From the Sultanate of Oman: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain steel nails (steel nails) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) were not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Australia: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot- rolled steel flat products (HR Steel) from Australia covering the period of review (POR) October 1, 2019, through September 30, 2020, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
