Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From the Republic of Korea: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020, in Part
On October 30, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated an administrative review on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Korea (Korea) for the period September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020, for 29 companies. Because interested parties timely withdrew their requests for administrative review for certain companies, we are rescinding this administrative review with respect to those companies. For a list of the companies for which we are rescinding this review, see Appendix I to this notice. For a list of the companies for which the review is continuing, see Appendix II to this notice.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Netherlands: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot- rolled steel flat products (HR Steel) from the Netherlands covering the period of review (POR) October 1, 2019, through September 30, 2020, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Certain Preserved Mushrooms From Chile, India, Indonesia, and the People's Republic of China: Continuation of the Antidumping Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) in their five year (sunset) reviews that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain preserved mushrooms (mushrooms) from Chile, India, Indonesia, and the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD orders on mushrooms from Chile, India, Indonesia, and China.
Certain Vertical Shaft Engines Between 99cc and Up to 225cc, and Parts Thereof, From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, in Part
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof (small vertical engines), from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is July 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. The final dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the ``Final Determination'' section of this notice.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and/or exporters of certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof (small vertical engines) from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of investigation is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019.
