Initiation of Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews
In accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) is automatically initiating the five-year reviews (Sunset Reviews) of the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) order(s) listed below. The International Trade Commission (the Commission) is publishing concurrently with this notice its notice of Institution of Five-Year Reviews which covers the same order(s).
Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) continues to find that High Den Enterprises Ltd. (High Den) is not eligible for a separate rate and is therefore a part of the China-wide entity. The period of review is August 1, 2017 through July 31, 2018.
Large Residential Washers From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that sales of large residential washers from Mexico were made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018.
