The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Pidilite Industries Limited (Pidilite), producer/exporter of carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP 23) from India, did not sell subject merchandise at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) December 1, 2016, through November 30, 2017.
Silicomanganese From India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela: Final Results of Expedited Third Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders
As a result of these sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The magnitude of the dumping margins likely to prevail are indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.

As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) from Belarus, the People's Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD orders.
