Certain Preserved Mushrooms From the People's Republic of China: Final Rescission of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review; 2015
The Department of Commerce (Department) published its Preliminary Rescission for the new shipper review (NSR) of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China on August 8, 2016. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2015, through July 31, 2015. For the final results of this review, as discussed below, we continue to find that the single U.S. sale made by Linyi Yuqiao International Trade Co., Ltd. (Yuqiao) during the POR is not bona fide. Because any weighted average dumping margins calculated in a NSR must be based solely on bona fide sales, we are rescinding this NSR.

The purpose of the SIMA system is to provide to the public statistical data on steel imports entering the United States roughly five weeks earlier than it would otherwise be available. Aggregate data collected from the steel import licenses are made available to the public on a weekly basis following review by the Department.
