As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') and the International Trade Commission (the ``ITC'') that revocation of the antidumping duty (``AD'') orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (``NWRs'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') and Taiwan and the countervailing duty (``CVD'') order on NWRs from the PRC would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies and material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing this notice of continuation of the AD orders and the CVD order.

The Department of Commerce (the Department) preliminarily determines that imports of Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate (CTL plate) from Brazil, South Africa, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) for these investigations is April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. The estimated margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the ``Preliminary Determinations'' section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary determinations.
