Refined Brown Aluminum Oxide From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Department) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on refined brown aluminum oxide (RBAO) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing this notice of continuation of the AD order.

Non-Oriented Electrical Steel From the Republic of Korea: Final Negative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Negative Critical Circumstances Determination
The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that de minimis countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers/ exporters of non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of investigation is January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012.
Non-Oriented Electrical Steel From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination
The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers/exporters of non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The Department also determines critical circumstances exist for imports of the subject merchandise from the PRC. The period of investigation is January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012.

The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that imports of non-oriented electrical steel from the Republic of Korea are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV), as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). The final estimated weighted-average dumping margins are listed below in the ``Final Determination'' section of this notice.
