Monosodium Glutamate From the People's Republic of China: Amended Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value of the Antidumping Duty Investigation
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is amending the preliminary determination of the less-than-fair-value investigation of monosodium glutamate (``MSG'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') to correct certain ministerial errors.\1\ The period of investigation (``POI'') is January 1, 2013, through June 30, 2013.
Polyester Staple Fiber From Taiwan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2012-2013
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyester staple fiber (PSF) from Taiwan. The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2012, through April 30, 2013. The review covers two producers/exporters of the subject merchandise, Far Eastern New Century Corporation (FENC) and Nan Ya Plastics Corporation (Nan Ya). We preliminarily find that FENC has not sold subject merchandise at less than normal value and that Nan Ya had no shipments during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
