Non-Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') and the International Trade Commission (the ``ITC'') that revocation of the antidumping duty order on non- malleable cast iron pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing a notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.
Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review
On December 27, 2013, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published its Preliminary Results of a changed circumstances review (``CCR'') of the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the road (``OTR'') tires from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\ The Department preliminarily determined that Zhongce Rubber Group Company Limited (``Zhongce'') is the successor-in- interest to Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. (``Hangzhou'') and invited parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. As no parties submitted subsequent comment, the Department is making no changes to the Preliminary Results.
Certain Kitchen Appliance Shelving and Racks From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2012
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain kitchen appliance shelving and racks (KASR) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012.
