High Pressure Steel Cylinders From the People's Republic of China; Rescission of the 2011-2013 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') for the period of review (``POR''), December 15, 2011, to May 31, 2013. This rescission is based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review by the only interested party that requested a review.
Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and New Shipper Review; 2011-2012
The Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') is conducting the ninth administrative review and eleventh new shipper review (``NSR'') of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets (``fish fillets'') from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (``Vietnam'').\1\ The Department has preliminarily determined that new shipper review respondent, Golden Quality Seafood Corporation (``Golden Quality''), as well as administrative review mandatory respondents, Hung Vuong Group (``HVG'') \2\ and Vinh Hoan Corporation (``Vinh Hoan''),\3\ sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (``NV'') during the period of review (``POR'') August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2011-2012
On March 8, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on small diameter graphite electrodes from the People's Republic of China (the PRC). The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012. For the final results, we continue to find that certain companies covered by this review have not made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value, and that other companies are now part of the PRC-wide entity.
