Document Number: 2011-20315

Agency: Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration
On June 2, 2010, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated its second sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip (SSSS) in coils from Germany, Italy, and Mexico. Therefore, pursuant to section 751(d)(2) of the Act, and 19 CFR 351.222(i)(1)(iii), the Department is revoking the antidumping duty orders on SSSS in coils from Germany, Italy, and Mexico.
