Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Extension of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') is extending the time limit for the preliminary results of the new shipper review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (``shrimp'') from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (``Vietnam''). The period of review for this review is February 1, 2010, through July 31, 2010.
Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Initiation of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review
The Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') has determined that a request for a new shipper review (``NSR'') of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (``shrimp'') from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (``Vietnam''), received on February 28, 2011, meets the statutory and regulatory requirements for initiation. The period of review (``POR'') for this NSR is February 1, 2010-January 31, 2011.
Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the First Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On September 15, 2010, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published the Preliminary Results of the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails (``steel nails'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\ We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we made changes to the margin calculations for the final results of this review. The final weighted-average margins are listed below in the ``Final Results of the Review'' section of this notice. The period of review (``POR'') is January 23, 2008, through July 31, 2009.
