On September 10, 2007, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on dynamic random access memory semiconductors from the Republic of Korea for the period January 1, 2005, through December 31, 2005. Following the preliminary results, we conducted verification and provided interested parties with an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results and our verification findings. Based on information received since the preliminary results and our analysis of the comments received, the Department has revised the net subsidy rate for Hynix. The final net subsidy rate for Hynix is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Results of Review.''

On February 11, 2008, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Mexico covering the period July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006. We are amending the Final Results to correct a ministerial error in the calculation of the assessment rate applicable to entries of the respondent in this proceeding, ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V. and Mexinox USA, Inc. (collectively, Mexinox), pursuant to section 751(h) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Tariff Act) and 19 CFR 351.224(e).
