Honey from Argentina: Final Results of Full Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order
On February 28, 2007, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the full sunset review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on Honey from Argentina, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). As a result of our analysis, the Department preliminarily found that revocation of the countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy. We provided interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. However, we received no comments from interested parties. As a result, the final results remain the same as the preliminary results of this review.
Stainless Steel Wire Rod from the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
In response to a request by Carpenter Technology Corporation, a domestic interested party, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod (SSWR) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). This review covers two producers/exporters of the subject merchandise that have been collapsed for purposes of the Department's analysis, consistent with prior determinations in this proceeding. The period of review is September 1, 2005, through August 31, 2006. The Department has preliminarily determined that the companies subject to this review made U.S. sales of SSWR at prices less than normal value. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review. We will issue the final results of review no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice.
