The National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Sustainable Fisheries will host a hybrid meeting of the Council Coordination Committee, also known as the CCC, consisting of the Regional Fishery Management Council chairs, vice chairs, and executive directors from October 18 to October 20, 2022. This meeting will be chaired by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council. The intent of this meeting is to discuss issues of relevance to the Councils and NMFS, including issues related to the implementation of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received scope ruling applications, requesting that scope inquiries be conducted to determine whether identified products are covered by the scope of antidumping duty (AD) and/or countervailing duty (CVD) orders and that Commerce issue scope rulings pursuant to those inquiries. In accordance with Commerce's regulations, we are notifying the public of the filing of the scope ruling applications listed below in the month of August 2022.

NOAA announces the appointment of members who will serve on the 2022 NOAA Performance Review Board (PRB). The NOAA PRB is responsible for reviewing performance appraisals and ratings of Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), and Scientific and Professional (ST) members and making written recommendations to the appointing authority on retention and compensation matters, including performance-based pay adjustments, awarding of bonuses, and reviewing recommendations for potential Presidential Rank Award nominees. The appointment of members to the NOAA PRB will be for a period of 2 years.

Forged Steel Fittings From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results

On September 13, 2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Bothwell (Taizhou) Steel Fittings, Co., Ltd. v. United States, Consol. Court no. 21-00166, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on forged steel fittings (FSF) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period March 14, 2018, through December 31, 2018. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Both-Well (Taizhou) Steel Fittings, Co., Ltd. (Both-Well).
