ACTION: Notice of a public meeting;
information regarding the agenda.
AGENCY:
The National Marine
Fisheries Service, Office of Sustainable
Fisheries will host a hybrid meeting of
the Council Coordination Committee,
also known as the CCC, consisting of the
Regional Fishery Management Council
chairs, vice chairs, and executive
directors from October 18 to October 20,
2022. This meeting will be chaired by
the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management
Council. The intent of this meeting is to
discuss issues of relevance to the
Councils and NMFS, including issues
related to the implementation of the
Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management
Reauthorization Act.
DATES: The meeting will begin at 1 p.m.,
on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, and
recess at 5:30 p.m., or when business is
complete. The meeting will reconvene
at 9 a.m., on Wednesday, October 19,
2022, and recess at 5 p.m., or when
business is complete. The meeting will
reconvene on the final day at 9 a.m., on
Thursday, October 20, 2022, and
adjourn by 12:30 p.m., or when business
is complete.

comment times and instructions to
provide comment at the start of each
meeting day. There will be
opportunities for public comments to be
provided in-person and remotely via

AGENCY:
The Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau (Bureau or CFPB) is
seeking comment from the public about
(1) ways to facilitate mortgage
refinances for consumers who would
benefit from refinancing, especially
consumers with smaller loan balances;
and (2) ways to reduce risks for
consumers who experience disruptions
in their financial situation that could
interfere with their ability to remain
current on their mortgage payments.
