Chlorinated Isocyanurates From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2016
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of chlorinated isocyanurates (chloro isos) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Geophysical Surveys in the Atlantic Ocean
In accordance with the regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that we have issued incidental harassment authorizations (IHA) to five separate applicants to incidentally harass marine mammals during geophysical survey activities in the Atlantic Ocean.
