Endangered and Threatened Wildlife; 90-Day Finding on a Petition To List the Humphead Wrasse as Threatened or Endangered Under the Endangered Species Act
We (NMFS) announce a 90-day finding on a petition to list the humphead wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus) as threatened or endangered and designate critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). We find that the petition presents substantial scientific or commercial information indicating that the petitioned action may be warranted. Accordingly, we will conduct a review of the status of this species to determine if the petitioned action is warranted. To ensure that the status review is comprehensive, for 60 days we are soliciting information pertaining to this species from any interested party.
Wooden Bedroom Furniture From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') has received requests to conduct an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''). The anniversary month of this order is January. In accordance with the Department's regulations, we are initiating this administrative review.

Box 33715, Indialantic, FL 32903, has applied in due form for a permit to take green (Chelonia mydas), loggerhead (Caretta caretta), hawksbill (Eretmochelys imbricata), Kemp's ridley (Lepidochelys kempii), and leatherback (Dermochelys coriaceae) sea turtles for purposes of scientific research.
