The application was processed in accordance with the FTZ Act and VerDate Mar<15>2010 19:12 Feb 27, 2013 Jkt 229001 Regulations, including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (77 FR 75145, 12/19/2012). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board Executive Secretary (15 CFR Sec. 400.36(f)), the application to establish Subzone 61M is approved, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations, including Section 400.13 and further subject to FTZ 61’s 1,821.07acre activation limit. 14th Street between Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues, NW., 
Washington, DC. The PECSEA provides advice on matters pertinent to 
those portions of the Export Administration Act, as amended, that deal 
with United States policies of encouraging trade with all countries 
with which the United States has diplomatic or trading relations and of 
controlling trade for national security and foreign policy reasons.

    2. Opening remarks by the Bureau of Industry and Security.
    3. Presentation of papers or comments by the public.
