On December 12, 2012, the Executive
Secretary of the Foreign-Trade Zones
(FTZ) Board docketed an application
submitted by the Puerto Rico Trade &
Export Company, grantee of FTZ 61,
requesting subzone status subject to the
existing activation limit of FTZ 61, on
behalf of Sea World, Inc., in Guaynabo,
Puerto Rico.
The application was processed in
accordance with the FTZ Act and

Regulations, including notice in the
Federal Register inviting public
comment (77 FR 75145, 12/19/2012).
The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the
application and determined that it
meets the criteria for approval.

the FTZ Board Executive Secretary (15
CFR Sec. 400.36(f)), the application to
establish Subzone 61M is approved,
subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s
regulations, including Section 400.13
and further subject to FTZ 61’s 1,821.07acre activation limit.

Administration (PECSEA) will meet on
March 14, 2013, 10:00 a.m., at the U.S.

Washington, DC. The PECSEA provides
advice on matters pertinent to those
portions of the Export Administration
Act, as amended, that deal with United
States policies of encouraging trade with
all countries with which the United
States has diplomatic or trading
relations and of controlling trade for
national security and foreign policy
reasons.
