CIGIE, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public to take this opportunity to comment on the ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on website Satisfaction'' for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). This notice announces CIGIE's intent to submit this collection to OMB for approval and solicits comments on specific aspects for the proposed information collection. The information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on September 2, 2022, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments.

CIGIE is issuing public notice of its intent to amend a system of records that it maintains subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. CIGIE- 4, entitled ``Integrity Committee Management System (ICMS),'' is being amended to reflect eight new routine uses for information contained in the system, to make various technical corrections and/or clarifications, and to reorganize the structure to conform to CIGIE's more recently published notices.

CIGIE proposes to establish a system of records that is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. CIGIE proposes this system of records to more efficiently track records in furtherance of its statutory mandate to maintain one or more academies for the professional training of auditors, inspectors, evaluators, and other personnel of the various offices of Inspector General per the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended.

This notice sets forth the names and titles of the current membership of the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) Performance Review Board as of October 1, 2019.

CIGIE is updating its regulations relating to access, maintenance, disclosure, and amendment of records that are in a CIGIE system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974 (Privacy Act). The purpose of the update is to implement statutory changes in accordance with the provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act that established the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) within CIGIE. CIGIE is giving concurrent notice of a newly established system of records pursuant to the Privacy Act for the PRAC Accountability Data System (PADS)CIGIE-6 and this interim final rule. In this interim final rule, CIGIE exempts portions of the new system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil, and administrative oversight requirements.

CIGIE proposes to establish a system of records that is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. Pursuant to Public Law 116-136, CIGIE proposes this system of records in furtherance of the statutory mandate of CIGIE's Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) to promote transparency and conduct oversight of the funds disseminated per the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act); the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2020; the Families First Coronavirus Response Act; and any other act primarily making appropriations for Coronavirus response and related activities.
