The plats of survey of lands described in this notice are scheduled to be officially filed in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Alaska State Office, Anchorage, Alaska. The surveys, which were executed at the request of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the BLM, are necessary for the management of these lands.

The Las Vegas Field Office announces the temporary closure of certain public lands under its administration. The race area in the Jean/Roach Dry Lakes Special Recreation Management Area is used by off- highway vehicle (OHV) recreationists, and the temporary closure is needed to limit their access to the race area and to minimize the risk of potential collisions with spectators and racers during the 2021 Mint 400, the 2022 SNORE 250, and the 2022 Mint 400 Races.

The purpose of this notice is to request public nominations for 16 of the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) statewide and regional Resource Advisory Councils (RAC) located in the West that have vacant positions and/or members whose terms are scheduled to expire. These RACs provide advice and recommendations to the BLM on land use planning and management of the National System of Public Lands within their geographic areas.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado's Northwest Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet as follows.

On August 20, 2021, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) published a Notice of Intent to Conduct a Review of the Federal Coal Leasing Program in the Federal Register and requested public comments. This notice extends the public comment period for 15 days to allow for further public comment and consideration to occur.

As authorized under the provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, notice is hereby given that temporary closures will be in effect on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Hassayampa Field Office, to minimize the risk of potential collision during operation of the Vulture Mine Off-Road Challenge off-highway vehicle (OHV) race events, authorized under a Special Recreation Permit (SRP).

On September 29, 2020, the BLM published a notice in the Federal Register entitled, ``Notice of Filing of Plats of Survey; New Mexico; Oklahoma.'' The official filing of the four Oklahoma supplemental plats listed below is hereby stayed, pending consideration of all protests.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Cedar City Field Office, Cedar City, Utah, will accept competitive bids to lease public lands for solar energy projects on approximately 4,836 acres within the Milford Flats South Solar Energy Zone in Beaver County, Utah. Notice is hereby given that the lands described below will be available through a competitive solar lease offer.
